Library eCards are available for people who need to access to the library's digital materials and services but are not able to visit in-person.

We can provide lessons on research and library skills, or we can read a story to your class. We can also treat your students to a special behind-the-scenes tour of the library. Call the Youth Services Department to coordinate a visit at (419) 334-7101, ext 1175.

. Browsing time for individual interests is available.

. Basic introduction to library computers and their functions

. Learn about specific research materials at the library.

Birchard Public Library’s Tech Wing is a collaborative space
for hands-on learning to explore, design, experiment, and build.

Patrons must have a valid Birchard Public Library card and sign the User Agreement before working with any equipment. 

Minors under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian attending them in the Tech Wing.
