All four of our library branches host monthly book clubs. Copies of the books are available at the host branch or via the catalog.

Safe Child Policy
The Birchard Public Library is dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment that encourages children of all ages to visit the library, attend programs, and use the library collections and computers. While BPL is concerned for the safety of the children, the Library cannot act in loco parentis (in place of parents).
